A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and ten months.

Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2017, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for fraud, etc. at the Seoul Central District Court, and on May 17, 2018, the same court sentenced two months to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Act on the Control of Narcotics, etc. (fence) and completed the execution of the sentence on October 27, 2018.

1. Fraud;

A. 2. The Defendant who attempted to commit fraud, around 10:00 on November 14, 2018, shall be “H,” a film equipment leasing company located under the Mapo-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F building G.
