Defendants are innocent.

1. The summary of the facts charged is a person who, from May 4, 2002, works as the president of the medical corporation I hospital located in the K of Seosan City (hereinafter “I hospital”) from around May 4, 2002, manages the conclusion of a medicine supply contract and the management of operating funds. Defendant B works as the director of the I hospital from around 2002, and has overall control over the administrative affairs such as the head of planning, accounting, administration, medicine department, administration department, administration department, and the claim for medical care benefits. The J, as a form of a punishment-related relationship with the Defendants, is a person who has overall control over the determination of the purchase of medical care benefits while working as the head of the I hospital from around October 2001 to around April 2003, as the head of the I hospital, from around 2003 to the head of the I hospital, and the director of the I hospital from around 201 to around 201, who received medical care benefits and its claim for medical care benefits and its management.

Defendants were supplied with drugs from N that operated M Co., Ltd.
