Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A is a person who works as the head of Japan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Japan Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd.”) from April 2008 to February 201 and has overall control over the sales business of the Japanese pharmaceutical drugs to the Rin area’s disease and National Assembly members.

No person who has obtained marketing approval of a drug shall provide money, goods, benefits, labor, entertainment, or other economic benefits to a medical person for the purpose of sales promotion, such as adoption of the drug or inducement of prescription.

Nevertheless, on July 20, 2009, the Defendant, through U.S. taking overall control of the preparation work for the opening of the hospital building, as a management director at the 101-dong underground parking lot located in the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong 100 million won in cash for the purpose of sales promotion, such as adoption of drugs manufactured and sold in the Dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong-dong

2. Defendant B

A. The Defendant in violation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act is a person who, from January 2013, works as the head of the Japanese and Japanese medicine RR branch and has overall control over the sales business of the Japanese and Japanese medicine drugs with respect to R area sick and National Assembly members.

No person who has obtained marketing approval of drugs shall provide money, goods, benefits, labor, entertainment, or other economic benefits to medical personnel or employees of a medical institution for the purpose of sales promotion, such as adoption of drugs and guidance for prescription.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, in collusion with the Ildong Pharmaceutical V (a summary indictment for a violation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act on the same day), delivered two million won in cash for the purpose of sales promotion, such as adoption of and guidance for countermeasures against the so-called "viet," which is manufactured and sold from the headquarters of the headquarters of the X-type department operated by the doctor X in the original city, from January 2013 to X.
