Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is a resident of apartment house B.

1. On November 29, 2017, the Defendant forged a letter of promotion, a written public notice of commission, a written public notice of dismissal voting, and a private document related to the notice of dismissal voting, and the Defendant: (a) at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu-gun apartment Cdong, the apartment occupant’s representative committee for the election management, and some of its representatives, for the purpose of exercising the Defendant’s mind; (b) under the name of the B election management committee without authorization by failing to obtain consent from the members of the election management committee; (c) at the name of the B election management committee, a written public notice of promotion to the effect that “public notice of the committee for the election management” would be promoted by using a Korean language page promen on A4; (d) one copy of the promotion notice, which is a private document for proof of fact, (e) one copy of the document of promotion, which is the “public announcement of commission and convocation of the committee for the election management,” and (e) one copy of the document of promotion, namely, the document of promotion, appointment and dismissal of each representative or voting.

2. On November 29, 2017, the Defendant’s forgery and uttering of private documents related to the granting of an opportunity to vindicate is not authorized without the consent of the parties without the consent of the party’s office at the seat of the Defendant’s apartment C-dong located in Daegu-gun apartment building C, and B’s election management committee, in the name of the B election management committee, for the purpose of exercising the notification to the parties.
