Punishment of the crime

1. A thief, May 18, 2018, the Defendant stolen the victim D’s Gyeong-nam Card (E) holding one chapter, a victim D, who was in the Kabter, at the amusement center operated by the victim D, in the Gamba-gun, Gamba-gun, Gamba-gun, Gamba-gun, 201.

2. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit finance;

A. On May 18, 2018, the Defendant calculated the 330,000 won fee for both owners and entertainment reception service providers at a entertainment station operated by the victim G, which is located in the Gyeonggi-gu World Trade Group F on May 18, 2018, and as seen above, by deceiving the victim G by presenting the 330,000 won card to the victim D owner of the stolen victim as if he/she had legitimate authority, and using the stolen credit card.

B. On May 18, 2018, the Defendant calculated KRW 240,000 for each share at an entertainment shop operated by the victim G, which is located in the Gyeonggi Gyeonggi-si F on May 18, 2018, in calculating the amount of KRW 240,000 for each share, the Defendant enticed the victim G by presenting the stolen victim BC card to the victim G as if he/she had a legitimate authority, and used the stolen credit card.
