When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall cover a registration number plate or make it illegible.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, on September 30, 2016, parked on the front registration number plate of B in the street near the Western 51, which was located in Pyeongtaek-si 09:48 on September 30, 2016, thereby making it difficult to distinguish the registration number plate.
