A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

From April 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) had been operating a marina business in the name of “C” on the third floor of the building B in the Gasan-si; (b) had been willing to arrange sexual traffic at the said business establishment; (c) had employed female employees of the Pacific State’s nationality from June 17, 2019 to June 27, 2019; (d) posted an advertisement report on sexual traffic to “D”, “E,” etc., which is an Internet sexual traffic information sharing site; and (d) had the reported visitors receive the amount of KRW 90,00 from KRW 130,000 to KRW 130,00 from the reported customers.

As a result, the Defendant committed commercial sex acts from June 17, 2019 to June 27, 2019, including arranging commercial sex acts.
