A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant had facilities, such as marina rooms and shower rooms, with the trade name “C,” in Gunsan-si B and 5, and employed women of Thailand as women of sexual traffic, and operated commercial sex acts establishments.

From September 1, 2019 to October 1, 2019, the Defendant: (a) received 130,000 won in return for sexual conduct from an unspecified number of customers who found the said place of business from around September 1, 2019; and (b) arranged commercial sex acts by giving 40,000-90,000 won among them to female employees.
