1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 340,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from February 11, 2016 to the date of full payment.

1. In full view of the purport of the evidence No. 1 and the entire pleadings, it is recognized that the Plaintiff lent KRW 340,000,000 to the Defendant on January 14, 2016 by setting the due date of payment of KRW 340,000 to 15% per annum on June 30, 2016.

2. According to the facts found in Paragraph (1) of the judgment on the cause of claim, the Defendant is obligated to pay to the Plaintiff the agreed interest and delay damages calculated at the rate of 15% per annum from February 11, 2016 to the date of full payment, which the Plaintiff seeks, as a loan of KRW 340,000,000,000, and subsequent to the lease date.

3. The plaintiff's claim against the defendant is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition with the assent of all participating Justices.
