A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Reasons

Punishment of the crime

1. The Defendant is a taxi driver, and around 04:25 on October 4, 2012, the victim C (at the age of 51) was on board the Defendant’s taxi and divided into talks, which led the Defendant to drink in a restaurant with the victim.
