A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 80 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On February 13, 2014, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Housing Rape, Rape, etc.) said, around 15:30, the Defendant: (a) placed the entrance door in front of the body of the victim D (here, 14 years of age) located in the Manyang-si, Ansan-si; and (b) forced the victim to intrude the entrance door into the said residence.

The Defendant: (a) threatened the victim, “I kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't kn't

However, there was a defect in the victim's telephone with the low resistance, and the defendant threatened the victim with "if the victim has immediately laid the telephone, knife knife shall knife the knife", and put the left hand of the victim, and the victim escaped out of the knife.

Accordingly, the defendant did not commit rape by infringing upon the victim's residence, but did not commit an attempted crime.

2. 공무집행방해 및 상해 피고인은 2014. 2. 13. 16:30경 안양시 만안구 E에 있는 F지구대에서 위와 같은 범행으로 112신고 되어 현행범인으로 인수되어 온 후 F지구대 소속 경장 피해자 G(36세)이 흉기를 찾기 위해 피고인의 가방과 바지 주머니를 외표검사 방식으로 수색하자, “야 씹새끼야, 병신같은 짭새 새끼들, 내가 칼로 찔러 죽여버린다”라고 욕설을 하고 이로 피해자의 우측 허벅지를 1회 깨무는 등 폭행하여 경찰관의 112신고 처리 등에 관한 정당한 직무집행을 방해함과 동시에 피해자에게 약 2주간의 치료가 필요한 우하퇴부 교상을 가하였다.
