A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

around 11:50 on April 17, 2016, the Defendant sought a victim under the influence of alcohol in a cosmetic cosmetic operated by the victim D in Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul-do, but, upon receipt of a request for eviction from the victim, the Defendant expressed the victim’s bath by the large sound that “Chewing sprink, sprink, and sprink,” and obstructed the victim’s beauty room operation by force for about 15 minutes by avoiding the disturbance.

Around 09:45 on July 12, 2016, the Defendant was unable to bring a disturbance for about 30 minutes on the ground that the Victim F, an employee of the said center, did not bring the victim into the self-support support center for the homeless at around 82's end, Ulsan-gu, Ulsan-gu, Seoul, 2016.

Ultimately, the Defendant interfered with the operation of the above center by force.

Accordingly, the defendant assaulted the victim.

The Defendant, “2016 Highly 3541,” while under the influence of alcohol, was escorted to the K Hospital Emergency Protection Center in Ulsan-gu J of the Republic of Korea by the 119 emergency squad.

On October 13, 2016, at around 17:25, the Defendant: (a) took a bath in the emergency room of the above hospital; (b) took a trial fee for doctors and nurses; and (c) took a control from the slope L belonging to the Ulsan Provincial Police Agency working at the center for the protection of the principal of the hospital; and (d) took a bath to “Yew kin kin kin kin k, and kin kin kin kn the face with the hand floor.”
