Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 60,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

From October 17, 2011 to December 7, 2011, the Defendant entered a membership by accessing “B”, which is an Internet gambling site, at the French site, and deposited KRW 10,620,000 in total with an account designated by the site operator, deposited it with points, received money in return for a points to anticipate the winning of a sports competition by using points, and provided gambling by means of cash exchange after receiving points in accordance with the fixed dividend rate.
