Defendants shall be punished by imprisonment for ten months.

However, it is against the Defendants for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants, along with G, H, I, J, K, K, L, M, N, andO, opened and operated a private sports earth site, deposited Do money from members of the site with hosting money, and solicited members who met the result of various domestic and foreign sports games to pay a refund according to the dividend rate.

Accordingly, the Defendants, along with the above G, etc. from August 1, 201 to August 24, 2013, operated the “P, etc.” in Thailand, which was located in Thailand from August 1, 201 to August 24, 2013, recruited a large number of members while operating the “P” (32 domain names, such as R, S., T., are changed from time to time; hereinafter “ Q.”), recruited a large number of members, as indicated in the separate list of crimes, 17,235,79,031 won from the above K’s account, such as the above K’s account, etc. to 94 accounts such as 17,235,779,031 won, charged members with the betting money, or predicted the winning plaque of various domestic and foreign sports games (one name “one-time winning mode”), 300 won in total, 500 won in accordance with the remaining list of crimes, and 50 days in total, 500 won in advance.

Of them, G shall exercise overall control over the operation of the above gambling site, such as directing and managing the above gambling site in order to establish and operate the above gambling site, receiving a report on the result of the settlement of profits from such site and distributing profits to them, and H has overall control over the above gambling site's office in the office prepared in the "P" office located in Thai City from August 1, 201 to August 24, 2013, and I has overall control over the above gambling site's office.
