A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Punishment of the crime

1. A special assault: (a) on September 2017, 2017, the Defendant: (b) committed a conflict between the victim F (n, 44 years old) and the matter of returning home from the D Building E, the Defendant’s residence located in the Sinsan-si; (c) and (d) assaulted the victim by taking advantage of the defincing pipe’s left side of the bridge, which is a dangerous object, one time, and several times with his hand when the victim’s head was injured.

2. Around 10:00 on December 7, 2017, the Defendant: (a) took a dispute with the victim on the issue of attendance at work with the Defendant located in Jung-gu Daegu-gu G on the part of the Defendant; (b) went to the victim; (c) 4 times in the part of the victim, etc.; (d) kid the victim’s face; (d) kids the victim’s head in three times in the part of the victim’s head; (d) kids the victim’s head in one hand; and (e) kid the victim’s head in one time in one hand; and (e) kid the victim’s head in three weeks in the part of the victim’s head in need of medical treatment.

3. On December 30, 2017, around 17:40, the Defendant: (a) found the victim’s residence at the Gyeongsan-siJ located in Busan-si on the ground that the victim was not subject to telephone; (b) went into the house gate by opening the metal gate; (c) thereby, went into the house gate gate through the heat gate; and (d) damaged the metal gate, locking device, and shocking the door gate owned by the victim by 1.680,000 won in total, for repair costs.
