A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than one year and six months.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal record] On June 15, 2009, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a crime of violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes at the Busan District Court, and was sentenced to two years for the same crime in the same court on October 31, 201, and completed the execution of the above punishment on September 18, 2013.

[Criminal facts]

1. On May 17, 2016, the Defendant, at the convenience store operated by the victim D in Busan-gu, Busan-gu, Busan-do, ordered the payment of cultural merchandise coupons 27,000 won culture merchandise coupons to F, who is an employee, and took the payment of KRW 10,000 cultural merchandise coupons 27,000 won culture merchandise coupons. The Defendant left the above culture merchandise coupon 27 with a cre in which he neglected due care.

2. On the 24th of the same month, at around 04:30, the Defendant: (a) placed the victim H on a 10,000 won culture gift certificate around the 10th of the same month; (b) placed the victim on a studio; (c) placed the victim on a studio, 10,000 won culture gift certificate; and (d) placed the difference in the cultural gift certificate that the damaged person takes out on a studio.

3. On the 26th of the same month, around 03:09, at L convenience stores operated by the victim K in Busan metropolitan area, the Defendant placed 12 parts of 10,000 won culture gift certificates to his employees, thereby making them put in the envelope. The Defendant left the envelope with a creb in which he neglected due care.

4. On the 29th day of the same month, the Defendant, at the P convenience store operated by the victimO located in the Busan Summer-gu N around 03:20, ordered Q, an employee of Q, to put 15,000 won cultural merchandise coupons into the plastic bag, and let Q, an employee of Q, put the waste bag into the plastic bag, and let Q, with other hand, let the waste bag crebbling due care neglected.

5. The Defendant, at around 03:51 on the same day, posted 10,00 won cultural merchandise coupons to U employees in order to put 10,000 won to the calculation unit. After having issued additional orders, the Defendant carried 10,000 won cultural merchandise coupons on the other calculation unit.
