Reasons
Punishment of the crime

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
The Defendant, at the “J” ward located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, Gangdong-gu, Seoul around 08:00 on the first day of October 2017, the Defendant: (a) 30,00 cash owned by the victim K residing together with the Defendant, which is stored in the head of the said ward; and (b) 30,000 won in cash owned by the victim and one market price in which one resident registration certificate is entered.

Accordingly, the defendant stolen the victim's property.
