1. The defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year and a fine of 5,000,000 won; and
2. When the defendant does not pay the above fine.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. No person who violates the Act on Origin Labeling of Agricultural and Fishery Products shall sell agricultural and fishery products in a false manner or a disguised manner of origin;
Nevertheless, around July 9, 2012, the Defendant purchased at KRW 120 per 1,60 of the 1,500 Doggrosium made of the U.S. Patch 1 and Patch 2,600 won per unit in the “E” located on the first floor of Eunpyeong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government D, and arbitrarily removed the country of origin labeling as if the country of origin was a domestic origin, and falsely marked the Doggrosium with the indication of origin as if it were domestic origin, and sold KRW 3,500 per 1,50 won per unit in the “G” restaurant, etc. located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F from around that time to May 7, 2013, as indicated in the attached list of crimes, and indicated the total amount of KRW 13,720,35,672,000 per 1,50,400,000 won per 1, as if it was a disguised domestic origin.

At around 11:00 on May 13, 2013, the Defendant: (a) committed theft, with at will, around 11:00, the Defendant: (b) had 2 copies of the “Satoma king Satop” Stackers (5 x 8 m) on the market price, which was marked to be made by domestic production and scambling in the islands on the books in order to create a domestic mountain marking site to be used for committing the crimes as referred to in the preceding paragraph.

Nevertheless, from July 9, 2012 to May 7, 2013, the Defendant, without reporting the sales of livestock products to the competent authority, was supplied with 13,720 pule ties made from the above E with the U.S. swine scrap and swine cries, and sold livestock products to G restaurants, etc. located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government F.
