The defendant is a person who works as a DNA store worker in Jung-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government B and C, and the victim E(56) is a vice-chairperson of the merchants' association in the same floor.

At around 14:00 on August 22, 2018, the Defendant, at the third floor of the commercial building, told the victim to “the same bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch,” and “the victim who is not a member of the commercial building is bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch bitch.”
