A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for two years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a victim B (n, 36 years of age) and a person who has provided sexual intercourse from December 13, 2019 to April 16, 2020.

1. Special violence;

A. On March 16, 2020, the Defendant, at around 23:00 on March 16, 2020, seeed the victim and the other female in his/her own residence in Gangnam-si C building D, that he/she is not suspected of having the wind with the other female, and the victim’s head was 10 times as he/she was drinking, and the escape took her head debt of the victim by hand, and acted as a flasing the victim by gathering flasium and flasium of glass material, which is a dangerous object at this point.

In this respect, the defendant carried dangerous objects and assaulted the victim.

B. On March 31, 2020, the Defendant: (a) was divingd from around 01:00 to around 03:00 on March 31, 202, the Defendant: (b) confirmed the phone number of women visiting the Defendant; (c) heard the phone number of the said women; and (d) took a dispute with the victim on the one hand; (b) took part in a dispute with the victim; (c) took part of the victim’s head head; (d) took part in the victim’s body, she was out of the victim’s head; and (e) took part in the victim’s head head; and (e) took part in the victim’s head’s body, who was in danger; and (e) took part in the victim’s head’s body, she was out of the victim’s body, and tried to take part in the victim’s body, and (e) took part in the victim’s body with the victim’s head’s body, and she took part in the victim’s body’s body.

2. The defendant is raped on March 31, 2020, at around 03:00, the above 1-B.
