1. Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000;

2. Where the defendant does not pay the above fine.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing car.

On May 25, 2016, the Defendant driven the above vehicle at around 18:40, and followed the Gwangju Fire School located in Gwangju Mine-gu, Gwangju, along with three-lanes between the four-lanes from the Highway to the luminous terminal surface.

In such a case, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to safely drive by accurately operating steering steering gear, steering apparatus, etc.

Nevertheless, the Defendant neglected this and was negligent in driving on a stroke in the same lane, and the part of the back part of the victim C(43 ) driving D 7 passenger cars, which was going through the same lane.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered injury to the victim C and the victim E (the 35 years old) who participated in the said K7 car due to the above occupational negligence, such as salt, tension, etc. in need of approximately two weeks medical treatment.
