Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 2,500,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On June 25, 2017, the Defendant, without obtaining a driver’s license for a motor vehicle around 17:20, driving B earth and a car from approximately 100 meters away from the front side of the luminous terminal located in Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Gwangju to the roads adjacent to the luminous Sacheon-gu.
