Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On November 9, 2016, Defendant 2016, Defendant 395, driving a CP motor vehicle in the section of about 60 km to the front road of the Sejong-si in the Sungnam-si, without obtaining a driver's license for a motor vehicle from around 15:05 on November 9, 2016.
On September 14, 2007, the Defendant issued a summary order of KRW 1,50,000,000 as a fine for a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Sungnam support center, which was issued by the Seoul Central District Court on June 24, 2013, due to a violation of the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Seoul Central District Court on September 24, 2013.
[Criminal facts] On November 9, 2016, the Defendant driven a vehicle of Cspex in the state of under the influence of alcohol content of 0.058% in blood while under the influence of alcohol without obtaining a driver’s license from around 2km in the direction of the 2km from the front of the Masp-dong, Sungnam-si, Sungnam-si to the front road of about 2km-dong 2196 in front of the same Gu-dong 201.
As a result, the Defendant, while driving without obtaining a driver's license, was driving in a drunken state even though he had a history of driving at the same time twice or more.
On March 14, 2017, Defendant 369 driven a D EX car without obtaining a driver's license from approximately 50 meters from the 400-day road to the 402-day road at the same time from the 400-day road to the same 402-day road.
