A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 14, 2013, around 22:45, the Defendant violated the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes) and the Road Traffic Act (U.S.A.) 2. No person who violates the Guarantee of Automobile Accident Compensation Act shall operate any automobile on a road which has not been mandatory insurance;
