Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On August 16, 2016, the Defendant, at the Defendant’s house located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, Inc., sharing Internet NAET (Examination at the Graduate School of Medical Science)’s bulletin board “D”. The Defendant intended to share the short-term policy on the Internet NAET (Examination at the School of Medical Science).
