A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendant, “2014 Highest 520,” who was residing in C, was able to take away from the above residence on May 2014, 201, and was living together with D and female friendly E with a certain residence.
