Reasons
Punishment of the crime
On March 22, 2013, the Defendant was issued a summary order of a fine of KRW 5 million for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the credit support of the Suwon District Court on March 22, 2013, and on August 30, 2013, the Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for eight months or a suspended sentence of two years for a violation of the Road Traffic Act, etc. at the same court on August 30, 2013, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on September 7, 2013, and is currently
1. Violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Doing Vehicles) and the Road Traffic Act (Non-accidenting Measures) are those who are engaged in driving service of Cbeer or passenger cars;
On January 6, 2014, at around 09:00, the Defendant driven the said vehicle while under the influence of alcohol of 0.181%, and neglected to perform the duty of e-mail in front of the Jinri-ri-dong in front of the Jin-ri-ri-dong at the right side of the Jin-ri-si, along two-lanes from the right side of the Jin-ri-ri-dong, and received the part of the victim D (Nam, 69 years old)’s e-M vehicle driving in front of the right side of the said vehicle in the same direction due to occupational negligence that did not observe the lane.
After all, the Defendant, by the above occupational negligence, sustained injury to the victim D, on the right shoulder, in need of approximately two weeks of treatment to the victim D, on the part of the victim F (the 63 years old), who is the passenger of the above vehicle, for about two weeks of treatment, and attempted to flee without taking necessary measures, such as destroying the victim D vehicles and providing rescue to the victim for repair costs of KRW 751,229, such as exchange of the front driver.

The Defendant’s violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Death or Injury caused by Dangerous Driving) behind the traffic signal waiting in front of the same direction while getting a part of the EM vehicle driven by the victim D in front of the right-hand part of the EM vehicle driven by the victim D at the time and place specified in Paragraph 1.
