Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Defendant A E (amended by imprisonment with prison labor and one year and six months at the Suwon Station on February 17, 2016, and currently pending appellate trials), F (amended by imprisonment with prison labor on October 17, 2015) operated the headquarters of the headquarters (permanent part) in charge of the domestic business of H (I, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, E, the Internet gambling website that provides Internet online gambling programs, such as one-day “Ba,” “Baa,” “Ba,” and “Poa,” from G residing in China.
