Punishment of the crime

D, etc.: (a) as the general manager of the Internet gambling site, which provides online gambling programs, such as a single-name “Yeball”, “Ne Drhyth celebbball”, “Arhy game”, “Ardol celeblidine” and “Ne Drhybridge”; (b) the Defendant recruited the operators, such as a single-name “the head office of the company”, “the total number” or “ball”, which are subordinate organizations of the “Yeball”, and (c) intended to receive 1.5% of the betting amount from the general manager, whenever the gambling site users sell the games.

Accordingly, the Defendant in collusion with operators, such as D and general operators, F (tentative name), and one inf name named “branch office” or “store” or “store” on September 30, 2015 to March 22, 2017, and caused many unspecified gambling actors, such as G, H, and I, who opened a designated site, to deposit money in the designated account and receive one point per won, and then to have the members conduct various gambling games provided on the site. The Defendant, upon receiving an application for exchange of the balance of the game money, made the members pay one point to the account entered at the time of the member’s entry in Korea won, and made the members deposit money with the total amount of money deposited in 12 gambling accounts as shown in the attached Form 12 gambling as 9,35,375,310 won for profit-making purpose.
