Punishment of the crime

On June 17, 2015, the Defendant is a person who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for larceny, etc. in Seoul Southern District Court for one year and was sentenced to two years of probation on January 20, 2016, and is still under probation after the said judgment became final and conclusive.

Criminal facts

1. From August 13, 2014, around 18:09, the Defendant stolen the victim’s department store that was displayed in other crebs in the “E” on the 111st floor located in Gangdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government around August 13, 2014, one set of a bridge for travel equivalent to KRW 339,000 in the market price of the victim’s department store.

2. On February 22, 2016, around 18:00, the Defendant embezzled, on his/her own initiative, a victim H lost in front of “G” located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seoul, without following necessary procedures, such as acquiring a copy of a credit card and returning it to the victim.

3. Violation of Acts in financial business specializing in fraud and credit;

A. On February 22, 2016, the Defendant: (a) around 18:59 on February 22, 2016, around 18:59, 2016, the Defendant: (b) purchased one case in Seongbuk-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government, and (c) demanded an employee whose name is unknown by presenting a credit card as if the Defendant was the owner of the Defendant, as in paragraph (2) of the above Article, to settle KRW 30,000.

나. 2016. 2. 22. 19:08 경 범행 피고인은 2016. 2. 22. 19:08 경 서울 성북구 L에 있는 M 점에서, 떡볶이를 구입하면서 피고인이 위 제 2 항과 같이 습득한 H 명의 롯데 신용카드를 마치 피고인의 소유인 것처럼 제시하여 성명을 알 수 없는 종업원으로 하여금 9,000원을 결제하도록 하였다.

결국 피고인은 위와 같이 위 종업원을 기망하여 이에 속은 종업원으로부터 피해자 성명 불상 소유 시가 9,000원 상당의 떡볶이를 교부 받고...
