【Criminal Facts】

1. On June 7, 2014, the Defendant: (a) committed a theft by driving a D JEP car in an amount equivalent to KRW 35 million at the market price owned by the victim who temporarily stops on the street before the car withdrawal period for the Roman cash withdrawal; (b) from around April 12, 2013 to the above temporary date, the Defendant cut off 17 vehicles with a total of 22 times a market price of KRW 206,010,000 and a vehicle number plate.

Accordingly, the defendant habitually stolen the victims' property.

2. Around 10:20 on June 7, 2014, the Defendant operated a vehicle without obtaining a driver’s license on a total of six occasions from May 24, 2014 to the said temporary date without obtaining a driver’s license on a section of about 400 meters from the front day of the car-based cash withdrawal to the parking lot for the main apartment complex 1 complex located in the same city.

3. On May 29, 2014, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act: (a) around 22:00, the organization of the Dong-gu, Chungcheongnam-si around 289-1.
