A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for a term of one year and four months.

Seized evidence as referred to in subparagraphs 1 through 30 shall be confiscated.

Punishment of the crime

피고인은 2018. 12. 초경 성명 불상의 전화금융 사기 조직원이 인터넷 사이트 ‘ 알 바 몬 ’에 게재한 ‘ 배달, 송금 쉬운 업무 하루 일당 15만원’ 이라는 취지의 광고를 본 후 ‘D’ 이라는 ‘ 위 챗’ 닉네임을 사용하는 위 조직원( 이하 ‘D’ 이라고 함 )에게 연락하여 일당 15만원 이상의 대가를 수수하기로 하고, 대출 사기 조직원에게 속은 카드 명의 자로부터 체크카드를 양수 받은 후 카드와 연동된 계좌에 피해 금이 입금되면 은행에서 인출 후 ‘D’ 이 지정한 계좌로 무통장 송금하는 역할을 담당하게 되었다.

1. On March 12, 2018, an employee in charge of telephone financing fraud in the name of aiding and abetting fraud may call to the victim E at an irregular place and misrepresent the employee in charge of OK Savings Bank loan in a false manner, and may lend a low interest rate loan to another lending company if he/she first redeems the loan granted by another lending company.

“Along on March 12, 2018, the victim was granted KRW 85,290,000,000 to seven total victims as shown in the Schedule of Attached Crimes, including the receipt of remittance of KRW 6 million to the national bank account (Account Number: G) in the F’s name on March 12, 2018.

On March 12, 2018, the Defendant received instructions from “D” and deposited three million won in the account (Account Number: I) of H, out of the amount of damage suffered by a member of the organization in the name in the name in the name in the new bank branch of Seongdong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government from the victims, at the new bank dong branch located in 342, J, in accordance with the direction of “D” around 17:2,00,000 won, which was deposited in the account (Account Number: I) of the J, and on March 13, 2018, at the new bank Gangnam Finance Center of Gangnam-gu, Seoul, Gangnam-gu, Seoul Metropolitan Government, in the amount of damage that the said member in the name in the name in the name in the name in the name in the name in the account of H, and around 3:37, 2018

Accordingly, the defendant is the victims of the above nameless organized personnel.
