Punishment of the crime

On August 17, 2018, an employee in charge of telephone financing fraud, upon the above public offering, misrepresented the victim D with EF agency on the off-site 11:00 on August 17, 2018, and made a false statement to "any application for a loan made in a mobile app which makes it known to him/her what he/she would do so," and let the victim apply for a loan. On August 20, 2018, the Defendant informed the H bank account in the name of G transmitted by C to B, and the Defendant sent the above account information to the nameless telephone financing assistance employee, and the non-nameed telephone financing fraud assistance employee called the victim at around 14:00 on the same day so that the victim may receive KRW 32 million,000,000,000 from the date to deposit the above account with H bank account in the name of G insurance, which belongs to the said bank account in the name of H. 65 days on the same day."

Then, the defendant has C withdraw 5,760,00 won deposited in the account of the above H bank and transfer it to the account designated by the member of the telephone finance organization.
