1. The defendant shall be the plaintiff.

(a) Of the land for gas stations B in the East Sea 1,478 square meters, the annexed drawings shall be indicated in the 2nd, cream, divers, e, and bbb.

1. Facts of recognition;

A. On September 12, 1997, the Plaintiff completed the registration of ownership transfer on the ground of inheritance by agreement and division dated April 8, 1997 as to B gas station site B in the Dong Sea (hereinafter “instant land”); and on August 20, 203, the land category is changed from forest land to gas station site).

B. (1) On June 22, 2000, the head of the East Sea Market and the Army C group concluded an agreement with the head of the Army C group on the construction of sewage pipes to resolve the complaints of neighboring residents related to sewage, wastewater treatment, and discharge in the military units of the Army according to the Army D Corporation. (2) Accordingly, the C group of the Defendant Army to which he belongs laid a sewage pipe on the instant land and its neighboring land underground.

C. In around 2001, the Plaintiff discovered sewage pipelines laid underground on the ground of the instant land installed and managed by the Defendant during the process of constructing a site for the installation of a charging station on the ground of the instant land.
