Defendant shall be punished by a fine of five million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, KRW 100,000.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was the victim B and the victim from August 2015 to April 2017.

1. Violation of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (hereinafter “Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc.”) taken the victim’s body against his/her will, even though the victim did not have obtained his/her consent to the photographing of the video from the victim while making the victim a sexual intercourse by making him/her close to a right angle and inserting his/her sexual organ back to the right angle, on January 1, 2016, at the beginning of 01:00, the Defendant taken the victim’s tamp, etc., who had sexual intercourse with him/her with the said mobile phone using a video image, and taken the victim’s tamp, etc., who could cause sexual humiliation or sense of shame, by taking the victim’s body against the victim’s will.
