A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 6, 2018, the Defendant: (a) 02:50 to 03:50 on October 6, 2018, and around six singing practice rooms located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, Daejeon, and was seated by the victim D (at the age of 26) who was aware of, and singing together, the said victim’s chest and her her her her son were her fingers against the intent of the said victim.

Accordingly, the Defendant forced the above victim to commit an indecent act.

2. Taking photographs, such as a camera;

A. On March 31, 2018, the Defendant, while using a mobile phone of the Defendant, was in a sexual intercourse with the victim E (V, 25 years of age) at a fluoral site on March 31, 2018, taken a fluoric image of the Defendant’s sexual organ, and the said victim’s sexual organ was exposed to the Defendant’s sexual organ against the intent of the said victim.

B. On July 11, 2018, the Defendant, while having sexual intercourse with the said victim at a scarcity, was using a mobile phone of the said victim, and was exposed to a scarcity by the said victim against the intent of the said victim, leading the said victim to leaving the Defendant’s sexual organ against his/her will, he/she taken the back image of his/her sexual intercourse with that of the said victim, which led the said victim to sexual intercourse with the Defendant.

C. On July 23, 2018, the Defendant used the Defendant’s mobile phone while having sexual intercourse with the said victim, and taken a screen picture of the instant victim’s sexual organ against the intent of the said victim against his/her will.

On October 7, 2018, the Defendant used the cell phone of the above victim while having sexual intercourses with the above victim, and taken the screen picture of the above victim against the intent of the above victim while using the cell phone.
