A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of one year from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On November 19, 2013, the Defendant was held in custody at the time of Gunsan, due to the failure to pay Dgallon automobile tax for a vehicle owned by the Defendant, and the front number plate of the said vehicle was kept in custody.

On June 2014, the Defendant discovered that, at the front parking lot of the Gunsan University, a university located in 288, the Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, the first 20:00, each of the Bppppers vehicles in the name C, removed the number plate by hand, and then denied the Defendant’s license plate, at the Defendant’s house located in Sinsan-si, Sinsan-si, 20:30 on the same day, attached the above galth of the car owned by the Defendant to the front part of the car.

2. From the day of the preceding paragraph to December 9, 2015, the Defendant exercised the car number plate, which is an air unit, operated at the Gun-si village in the Gunsan City, and the fluence port, with a gallon with a license plate attached to the number plate illegally used, from the day of the preceding paragraph, to December 9, 2015.
