A person shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not less than two months and by imprisonment for not more than four months for the crimes of No. 2 as stated in the judgment of the defendant.

Punishment of the crime

On November 13, 2015, the Defendant was sentenced to one year and six months of imprisonment for fraud, etc. at the Daegu District Court, and two years of suspended execution, and the judgment became final and conclusive on November 21, 2015.

1. On Aug. 2014, the Defendant violated the Automobile Management Act by unlawful use of air and the Automobile Management Act: (a) in the vicinity of the monthly bathing beach located in the north-gu at the port of Haban, the Defendant was subject to seizure of the number plates of the Cystren Gls’s car in arrears; and (b) in the front and rear of the Dgallon 2 car in front of the Dgallon 2 car, removed the number plates from the front and rear of the Dgallon 2 car, and used the number plates for the purpose of use by attaching them to the said stalton car.

2. From the above day to November 201, the Defendant, from the first day of the first day, operated the said rocketing car using the car registration number plate as above at the portmen, and exercised it.
