A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than two years and six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of four years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. Around February 5, 2017, the Defendant violated the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Indecent Acts by compulsion of intrusion upon residence) went to the opening of a 206 non-Correctioned entrance possessed by the victim F (F, 19 years of age) in Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “Eel” D, and then discovered the victim who was locked from the bed, and sponsed the victim’s her her turb, her turth, sound, etc. in his her hand, and her turthm or sound, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant committed an indecent act against the victim in a locked state by intrusion into the room possessed by the victim.

2. Violation of the Act on Special Cases concerning the Punishment, etc. of Sexual Crimes (Kameras and other crimes);

A. The Defendant used the Defendant’s cell phone camera function at the time and at the place of the foregoing paragraph 1, to take video images of the victim F (the age of 19) using the Defendant’s cell phone camera function.

B. Around 09:00 on February 5, 2017, the Defendant: (a) made a sexual act by administering the name in secret with a female victim, who became aware of the fact at a nearby drinking house, and (b) taken a video image of the victim’s body, such as bucks, bucks, and bucks, which were locked by using the Defendant’s cell phone camera function.

On March 26, 2017, at around 05:28, the Defendant taken a video image of a female victim’s body, such as a buckbucks, etc., under the name of the Defendant’s cell phone in which the Defendant’s cell phone was sealed in the toilet partitions, and the Defendant reported the use of the phone.

On March 24, 2017, at around 05:37, the Defendant taken a film of the body of a female victim, such as bucks and bucks, who was reporting the Defendant’s cell phone base by using the Defendant’s cell phone in the same manner as the above paragraph (c).

Accordingly, the defendant is against his will that may cause sexual humiliation or shame over four times in total.
