1. On April 4, 2015, the Defendant assaulted the victim E (the age of 67) who performed drinking together with a restaurant operator in a 'D restaurant' located in the Dong-gu Busan Metropolitan City, 2015, on the one hand, without any justifiable reason, while drinking alcoholic beverages together with a restaurant operator in a 'D restaurant located in the Dong-gu, Busan Metropolitan City.’
