A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for not more than ten months.

The defendant shall be ordered to complete the sexual assault treatment program for 40 hours.

Punishment of the crime

1. On March 10, 2020, the Defendant obstructed the victim’s restaurant business by force for a period of about one hour, such as drinking alcohol in the “D” restaurant operated by the victim C, which was operated by the Plaintiff C, and drinking the cab to the victim, and then taking the cab to the victim. In doing so, the Defendant: (a) expressed the victim’s desire to take the cab as follows: (b) 10:00 on March 20, 202; (c) 200 on the part of the victim C; and (d) 3:0 on the part of the victim, the Defendant interfered with the victim’s restaurant business by forcing the victim to take the cab.

2. Indecent acts by compulsion;

A. At around 11:00 on March 30, 2020, the Defendant appeared together with the victim E (V, 42 years of age) who had drinking on other tables while drinking one alcoholic beverage in the above D.

The defendant reported that the victim goes to a restaurant, and followed the victim, and continued to take charge of the victim's left chest part of the victim's chest in front of the restaurant, and kept the victim's hand on his own hand with his clothes. The defendant left part of the victim's chest.

B. The defendant 2-A

In the same day, while drinking with the victim, he/she was unsatisfying, he/she was unsatisfying with the victim, and he/she returned to D at around 14:00 on the same day and again took the alcohol together with the victim.

The defendant confirmed that he did not have any way in the surrounding area, and after the victim was seated, he took his hand with the clothes of the victim himself, and became the left chest of the victim.

C. At around 14:10 on the same day, the Defendant left chests of the victim by putting her hand into the clothes of the victim of the victim himself/herself in the presence of the victim again in the above D around 14:10 on the same day.

Accordingly, the defendant committed an indecent act on three occasions.

3. On April 29, 2020, the Defendant of obstruction of performance of official duties: (a) around 11:28, 2020, G Center located in Busan F, public officials of H, with respect to the determination of disability grades in the preceding day.
