Punishment of the crime

The Defendant was sentenced to 6 months of imprisonment and 300,000 won of a fine at the Seoul Northern District Court on March 21, 2013 due to a violation of the Act on the Aggravated Punishment, etc. of Specific Crimes (Egress), etc., and was released on July 30, 2013 and the parole period passed on August 24, 2013 during the execution of the sentence.

[Criminal facts]

1. On June 4, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed Driving) and the Road Traffic Act: (a) operated a bicycle with the EPEIM 110 engine device around 15:25 on June 4, 2016 without a motor device bicycle license; and (b) proceeds from the 3-lane road in front of the Seoul Dongjak-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government on the opposite side along the intersection, along the three-lane road in front of the Seoul, the Defendant, by negligence, without changing the lane safely to the right side of the H owned by the victim H who was driven by G while driving in the same lane as that of the front line, conflict with the part of the motor vehicle that was set by the Defendant with the left side of the bicycle riding operated by the Defendant.

1. A thief: (a) around October 25, 2016, the Defendant stolen the victim’s K’s market value, which was set up on the front road of the Seoul Southernbuk-gu, Seoul, by leading the victim’s K to LL125 U.S. market value.

2. On November 24, 2016, the Defendant violated the Road Traffic Act (unlicensed driving) driving a motor bicycle, around 20:25, the Defendant driven a motor-freight specified in paragraph (1) at the section of approximately 2.2 km from the front of the 116 Bomun-ro, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul, Seoul to the front of the 293rd Dasan-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul.
