Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. On March 20, 2014, at around 01:06, the Defendant: (a) took three drinking at the “EM store” operated by the victim D (the age of 48) in Dong-gu, Dong-gu, Gwangju; (b) took three drinking at the “EM store”; and (c) took a request from the victim to “in the situation where other daily activities are out and there is a person mixed with the Defendant, to calculate the drinking value of KRW 715,000” under the circumstances where other daily activities remain outside and there is a person mixed with the Defendant, the Defendant expressed that “a request from the victim for the money to be cut off” to the victim, and that “a request from the victim for the money to be cut off.” On account of the fact that the victim’s plastic located on the table in front of the calculation unit of the above business, the Defendant took the victim’s right selling.
