1. The instant lawsuit shall be dismissed.

A. On July 28, 2014, the Defendant entered into an agreement with the Plaintiff on the production support of the Cmentor “B” as follows:

B. On August 1, 2014, the Plaintiff filed an application with the Defendant for the grant of local subsidies regarding the production of documentary document “B” in accordance with the instant agreement.

On September 11, 2014, the Defendant rendered a decision to grant subsidies of KRW 150,000 to the Plaintiff.

C. On December 16, 2015, the Plaintiff up to December 31, 2016 on the ground that the Plaintiff participated in and delays in distributing international film festivals to the Defendant.
