Punishment of the crime

On March 5, 2014, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would make payment after 45 days from the delivery of the raw materials for futures to the victim, who is engaged in the business of supplying raw materials with the trade name of Defendant C, D, which is in the vicinity of the Busan B market.”

However, the Defendant had no intention or ability to pay the price, even if he was supplied with the daily necessities by the injured party from the beginning.
