A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On July 21, 2012, from around 22:30 to 23:59 of the same day, the Defendant, while under the influence of alcohol, expressed a bath to customers, such as: (a) in Ulsan-gu D operated by the victim C (the age of 45) by the victim C; and (b) in the influence of alcohol, the Defendant provided the customers with the desire to read “abreging, Chewing,” “absing,”

As above, the Defendant obstructed the business of the restaurant by force, such as: (a) having customers take a bath, etc. over about 1 hour and 30 minutes; and (b) having customers take a port to the restaurant operator; and (c) having customers take a port to the restaurant operator, etc.

2. 공무집행방해 피고인은 2012. 7. 22. 00:07경 같은 장소에서 피고인이 식당에서 행패를 부린다는 신고를 받고 출동한 E지구대 소속 경장 F이 피고인이 왜 소란을 피우는지 그 이유를 확인하기 위해 피고인에게 영업을 방해하는 이유를 묻은 것에 대하여 피고인은 “와 내가 언제, 와 씨발 껏, 나 A다, 이 씨발놈아 내가 뭘 어쨌는데”, "이 씨발 좆같은 것들이"라는 등의 욕설을 하면서 소란을 피웠다.

As the extent of the Defendant’s disturbance is too serious, the Defendant: (a) asked the victim whether the horse F had the intention to punish the victim again, and (b) asked the said F F to “I am sing, singing, singing, inging, inging, inging, cutting off, cutting off, cutting off, and cutting off,” and (c) took a bath before many unspecified customers, employees, and the owner of the business.
