The defendant's appeal is dismissed.

1. The decision of the court below on the summary of the grounds for appeal is too unreasonable.

2. The circumstances favorable to the Defendant are as follows: (a) the period for the instant crime is not long; (b) there are circumstances that may be considered in the process of the instant crime; and (c) the fact that the punishment can be moved to another place.

However, in full view of the fact that the number of punishment accumulated in a development restriction zone is not many, that the defendant has been punished several times, and that there are other various sentencing conditions shown in the records and arguments of this case, the lower court’s punishment is too unreasonable because it is too large.

Therefore, the defendant's appeal is dismissed as it is without merit. It is so decided as per Disposition.
