Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 8,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On May 4, 2007, the Defendant was issued a summary order of one million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act in the Busan District Court's branch branch court, and on April 29, 2013, the above court was issued a summary order of two million won or more as a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act.

On July 26, 2013, under the influence of alcohol content of 0.150% by blood alcohol content, the Defendant driven a B B B B B-T car at a cafeteria near the plane captain market located in the Busan-gun, Busan-gun, and up to about 200 meters from the front of the walkn main store in the vicinity.
