Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On December 25, 2012, the Defendant violated the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act: (a) purchased 10,000 grara 10,000 g (30 g) from B for sale at the above adult product store run by himself/herself, and stored 50,000 g (30 g) in the above adult product store, even though he/she was not a pharmacy operator as an adult product store in Gwangju North-gu E.

On February 2, 2013, 2013, after purchasing 3,8840,000 won, including 100 gra 100 g(30 g) from B at the same place, the drugs equivalent to 3,8840,00 won as stated in the attached Table 2, were stored in the above adult product store.

B. Around December 25, 2012, the Defendant in violation of the Trademark Act purchased from “F” registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office “Viagra” (registration number: 387168; trademark right holder: 100 g 150 g 100 g 100,000,000, in which a fake trademark of the same or similar pattern is inscribed with “Viagra” (registration number: 387168; : trademark right holder: 387168; 100 g 3,150 g 1050 (105 g 600) registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office at the same place as the first police officer on February 2013, the Defendant forged the trademark right of the same or similar pattern as the trademark owner’s “Viagra” (registration number: 6248, 105 g g 105 g g g g s/ 105 g g g g g m m m m m m m.).

3. On April 10, 2013, Defendant B, who was sentenced to imprisonment with prison labor for a violation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act at the Suwon District Court’s Pyeongtaek Housing Site Board, was sentenced to three years of suspension on April 18, 2013, and the judgment became final and conclusive on April 18, 2013.

The Defendant in violation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act is a person who operates the wholesale store for adult products in Gwangju North-gu, Gwangju, and is not a pharmacy founder on December 25, 2012, but is forged at the above adult product store in Gwangju-gu, North-gu, Gwangju, and 100 ggra (30 g).
