Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A

A. On May 23, 2013, the Defendant violated the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act: (a) around the house of the Defendant located in Seo-gu Daejeon, Seo-gu, Seo-gu, 102, and (b) stored in a storage for sale the capsulululule for the purpose of selling 1535 marules of non-pharmaceutical drugs, which are defined as prescription drugs and are used for the treatment of

(b) No person who violates the Promotion of Motion Pictures and Video Products Act shall provide illegal video products that have failed to be classified for the manufacture, distribution, and viewing, or keep them for such purpose;

On May 23, 2013, the Defendant kept 43 CDs and 29 video tapes, a video product with obscene videos, such as sexual intercourses, in which the Defendant had not been classified by the Korea Media Rating Board, at the above Defendant’s house.

On May 23, 2013, the Defendant possessed 18 sexual magaziness, which are obscene documents containing obscene pictures, such as sexual intercourses between men and women, and sexual intercourses between men and women, for the purpose of selling them at the above Defendant’s house.

2. Defendant B

A. On May 23, 2013, the Defendant violated the Trademark Act: (a) at the establishment of “G” operated by the Defendant located in Daejeon F and the first floor; (b) on December 19, 197, the goods registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office on December 19, 197 (No. 0387168) by the trademark right holder and the goods registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office (No. 0387168); and (c) on April 20, 201, the trademark right holder of the trademark right was infringed on the trademark right of the said trademark right holder by possessing the trademark “, such as fake 245 U.S., and fake 79 U.S., Lari Annbnbnian,” which was registered with the Korean Intellectual Property Office on April 20, 201 as a medicine designated product for treating sexual functional disorder.

B. The defendant in violation of the Pharmaceutical Affairs Act is the second person.

As described in paragraph 1, fake 245, fake 779, fake 49, and Cockone, which are defined as prescription drugs and used for the treatment of pre-incrimination, and are included therein.
